    Moving to LA in June/July. Anyone live in the area? I need advice on apartment hunting/general advice about the LA area. I'll be working in Torrance and looking to live in the Hermosa/Redondo area or in Long Beach/Seal Beach.

    Yeah, It's just south of St. Augustine as well. St. Augustine was a fun little town when I lived there, but that was almost 18 years ago. Daytona pretty much sucks, but YMMV.
