    A roommate yelled there was lights in the sky outside... lo and behold, there was a series of lights that moved together like they were connected on a string floating (just suspending and moving slightly) 100 feet or so in the sky. The light in the bottom left is from the building next to mine for scale. I don't know... kite? balloon? led lights suspended on a string?
