Are you looking for just the grates of the whole grill? Try Lowes or Home Depot or Academy if you're looking for the whole shebang. I recently bought a Chargrill with porcelain coated cast iron grates for $200. I'm still fuckin' with the regulator to try to get the most heat I can out of it, though. For 60,000 BTU, I can't seem to get it to sear for shit.

Char-Griller Akron, they sell them at Lowes. Nice CI grate and gets good and hit for steaks in no time.

I should have specicified. Looking for a whole new grill, but gas, not charcoal. I'll probably get a charcoal grill as well for really good cuts of meat, but I grill pretty much every day in summer and gas is much easier and cheaper in the long run.

Yeah, Beer Cart Fridays. It is kind of bullshit because Monday-Thursday we have to work and get our own beers. What type of shit is that?

On the topic of trannies, there is a shady, sad-looking strip club that I drive by sometimes called "GIRLS GIRLS GIRLS". Right next to it is a bar called "Crossovers".

    Ridiculous.

I almost spit up my beer laughing. I just realized my boss stopped working when he sent me that http://textfromdog.tumblr.com/ link. Fuck yes it is Friday indeed. I also just cracked a beer with my global CEO. Who says they don't like office politics?

If you are thinking about getting a charcoal grill (I highly recommend having one even if you primarily use gas), stock up on charcoal NOW. Home Depot had a sale that started last week and might still be going...twin packs of the mid-size Kingsford Blue for $5.88 nation-wide. That's a killer deal. Lump charcoal is better for grilling, but you really can't beat the price.

Apparently Home Depot also traditionally runs a sale with the twin 20lb bags during their Memorial Day sale, but when I asked the HD clerk about it he said he wasn't sure if the sale would be going on again this year.

Still working here so I hope you spill your beer and your mug breaks. HATE HATE HATE

To the poster about the gas grills; what is your budget? Why don't you want stainless grates? Most of the high end grills ($3000-5000) use stainless grates.

I don't understand why people call trannies "he" or "she", you've still got the chromosomes you were born with, no amount of surgery is gonna change the fact that you were born a man/woman.

Then may I suggest that you think a little bit harder about it than you currently have.

Sadly, not only do I recognize that song, but I also have no problem accessing it on YouTube. But any decent French music? No, that's the only time that the fuckers manage to figure out copyright restrictions.

In other news, this song, despite sounding cheerful, is about domestic violence:

One of the signals units over here in AUssie had a dude that managed to get Defence funding for a sex change op and still stay in his job. Whenever IT went out field on exercise it had to go into the nearest town every three days or so to get it's plumbing cleaned out.

Also this happened, I find it fucking disturbing that they're making us account for the pens we use and we have trouble getting machinery we need connected properly yet they'll throw money away like this.

    Carrot Top is Australian?

Least they could have done is spring for a good tranny doctor. Did Dr. Nick do the operation? That chick would have a rough time even in Bangkok.

Oh shit, the name is CLINCH. HAHA. You can't fucking do that, it's not fair!

But...people call pretty much everybody "he" or "she", yes?

I don't understand why people call adults, "sir" or "ma'am", you've still got the chromosomes you were born with, no amount of aging is gonna change the fact that you were born a baby.
