    While not actually watching the game, I will be rooting for the Patriots as a player on the team graduated from our hick high school. Therefore, being that he graduated 8 years ago before I even moved here, I think that means I kinda sorta know him.

    I do hear he's a real nice guy and sends stuff back to the school and his family will visit occasionally to watch some games.

    Piss me off... here I thought that the Katy Perry lion was a mechanical automaton... that would have been way too cool... but no, the cameramen have to ruin that by showing guys dressed in black with poles just moving the legs on a rolling platform.

    Gotta say, though... they kind of stepped up their show... it's not just a couple of rock stars playing on a stage... this is more like the Olympic ceremonies... there's some serious production going on.

    What an utterly forgettable halftime music-wise but who would be surprised? Missy Elliot was great, but I have no clue why Lenny was even there at all. What, no Are You Gonna Go My Way? Disappoint.

    Dude, ALL half-times are forgettable, except when nipples are shown due to the outrage generated by a wardrobe malfunction.

    I swear Lenny was there only to foster the hype/dreams of a Katy/Lenny wardrobe malfunction.

    I thought the production of the halftime show was great. I actually thought Katy Perry sounded pretty good live and Missy was a welcome surprise. 2 years ago, or so, some new tracks of her with Timberland leaked. Really hoping those come to life or she's about to drop some new shit after tonight.

    I was disappointed with the ninjas moving the legs as well. The sharks were fucking great. How she managed to not show but 10 percent of her cleavage is beyond me.

    Im happy the Pats won. They're my back up dynasty team to cheer for when the Bengals inevitably blow their season.
