Looks like Teach for America was impressed by my leadership abilities because they saw my involvement with NAMI. How lucky am I? Its not like they recruit everyone...
To hit the main points: I don't personally know of any flat earthers but honestly I'm sure some people I know believe it but don't advertise it. I know plenty of people who believe the earth is only 7,000 years old or some shit and don't think climate change is real because it snowed the other day (it was also 82 yesterday but whatever.) Unrelated: We had lasagne for dinner tonight (well I did, the kids only ate the garlic bread) and I want to take a poll. Do you use ricotta or cottage cheese in your lasagne?
Why would you put cottage cheese on lasanga? Might as well put mayo on sushi. So since you're from Missouri, sushi is raw fish usually prepared with rice and maybe a dab of wasabi inbetween the rice and fish
I know damn good and well what sushi is thank you very much. It's actually the norm to put cottage cheese in lasagne around here. I've made it with ricotta before and I like it fine either way but my husband hates ricotta cheese with a passion I didn't know a person was capable of having regarding cheese.
Damn, just reading "cottage cheese" makes me hungry. Little salt and pepper and that stuff makes one hell of a snack!!
Wait.... people still listen to the radio? Like, celestial radio? I'd give up my luxurious toilet paper before I give up my Sirius subscription. And I'd stab a motherfucker to keep my brand of toilet paper.
They do put mayo on spicy rolls. That orange sauce is mayo based. I've never heard of cottage cheese in lasagna. I figured it was a trailer trash version for people with uncles named Teardrop.
I will admit something here. Until today, I thought "flat earthers" were just a few ignorant people, and folks threw out that phrase like "wearing a tinfoil hat" or whatever. But, then after posing my questions here, I asked Google. I mean, ho. Lee. Shit. There are "sciencey" videos about how the sun and moon orbit (close by! Much smaller!) our flat earth, how they explain seasons, the sunrise, and all that. I am just dumbfounded. The horizon line isn't 12 miles away, you're just not zooming in!
Yeah, I've seen a couple of those. The amount of effort they put into something so obviously false is kind of impressive.
What are you, a terrorist? I'm willing to bet that you've also watched hobos fuck each other up the ass as well... doesn't mean it was right.
