This was posted to a friend's wall recently: 3 Ways to Honor World AIDS Day Without Leaving Your Desk

like it would ever change anything if you logged off facebook for a day.

    Sacrifice is dead.

I didn't read last year's drunk thread, but unless it had this many ass pics, this one wins in my book.

Wow, you weren't kidding. I'm already starting to see some of my friends doing this, and considering I have around 40% of the people on my friends list blocked, it's probably not nearly as bad as it could be.

    I hate facebook sometimes.

You know, giving this thread a blanket NSFW tag makes it hard to read while at work when it would be the perfect thing to distract me from a slow, boring Friday like today.

Kids, I learned a few things last night. Alcohol makes everything so clear.

    1. I really, really like scotch. I had Johnnie Walker Blue for the first time last night. It was so nice.

    2. Drinking this regularly is out of my budget. For the next few years.

    3. I probably would've had a better experience if I hadn't already consumed a margarita and glass of wine.

    4. This is ghey, but Troy Aikman is really handsome. Every time I see him around town, he looks better than the last time. I did NOT have a crush on him in the early 90's when everyone else did, but I kind of, maybe, do now.

So I've had this bottle sitting and waiting in my booze cabinet for a year now. It will be popped on Wednesday, when I write what is hopefully my last exam ever. Or at least, my last exam at this school. Or, you know, this faculty. You get the point.

Pop dat Cris, pop dat Mo, smack dat bitch, punch dat ho!

For the sake of scotch, I will point out the one litre bottle of Highland Park sitting in the background. Fifty bucks at the duty free.

Tried some Cragganmore the other day after hearing good things about it. Was not disappointed with it.

If I have learned on immutable fact in my short time on this Earth it is that girls who enjoy Scotch are freaks.

My go to these days for scotch is Glenlivet French Oak Reserve. They sell it at a place just down the street for about $60 a bottle.

My buddy heard really good things about Highland Park so he bought a bottle and we tried it. It was ok but the smokeyness was just too much for me.

True. My first few sips felt like I was drinking bacon. I had the HP 15 year once. Now that was nice.

Once, a few scotches into a cousin's wedding, I tried Glenmorangie. It was nice. I think. Then the glenlivet was filled with giant dead flies. What a tragedy.

I want to drink Johnnie Walker Swing someday. It's called that because of its distinctive round bottle, said to mark it as distinct back in the days of yore when they served it on ships. It was the only whisky bottle to remain upright as the boat swayed from side to side.

Forgot how much I love Modern Drunkard magazine. Just wish they would update more often.

My go to Scotch's lately have been

    At bars and

    At home

I actually have three bottles of The Glenrothes at home since stocking up in NH, it takes every ounce of willpower I have not to just plow through them.

You could have stopped at "red head". The rest is just extraneous information.
