    I went to high school with this flaming black kid who was friends with all girls. All the guys said he was gay and all the girls swore that he wasn't, just a nice guy.

    He made the front page of the CT Post for jerking off a couple of guys with down syndrome telling them it was a medical exam for a job. Oh how I wish I was joking.

    My intramural basketball coach when I was in like 5th grade and he was a Junior got arrested a couple years ago for soliciting a minor over the internet. (god how i wish that would have been on a Dateline episode) He was 30. What's funny is, I went to a pretty small High School where your last name means everything and his was one of the "it" names to have. I kinda want to go back to my classes reunion and ask his cousin what he's up to these days.

    This isn't particularly on the "focus" and by focus I mean current thread theme, but Houston has the worst beggars I've ever encountered. About 10 minutes ago, I was sitting at a red light and the guy in the car next to me started yelling to get my attention.

    I stupidly opened the window and he started in with a whole story about how his mom just died at a local hospital and he's from a different city and didn't have enough gas money to get home. I didn't even know how to react. I just gave my standard, "I don't have any cash, sorry." line that I have to use nearly every day.(and I hardly ever have cash anyway) I guess I was dumbfounded because I've never been begged by a fellow motorist sitting at a red light.

    Two days a go, a woman approached me in a shopping center and asked me to buy her some chips.

    They don't just sit at intersections with signs anymore. They go full force and make it personal.

    Do any of you give to beggars or are you all like me and going to hell?

    When I was in NYC I would give money to people who were putting on a show of some kind. I figure if they are making an effort of some kind then it's worth it to give them something. But people sitting around asking for money? Come on, man.

    One of the teachers at my school fucked a student. Married her. They have a kid together now, and he still works at the school.
