    I thought a shower was supposed to make me feel better. Instead it made me feel like I was going to be sick, and I got soap in my eye, and then I ran out of hot water. Damnit.

    Then, when I thought I was in the clear and was getting ready to moisturize my face I realized that my toner smells very similar to Crown and I was almost sick again.

    I think Crown won this round, but I will have vengeance.

    I was going to be charitable or some shit like that and post my ass pic I took the other night, but I was right. Not good enough to share.

    FYI- the prize for first post on page 108, which was won by konatown, was just mailed. I know its hard to believe, but I am only just now able to drive to the post office. I still have to catch rides to work, as I'm not allowed to drive long distances.

    When he gets it, he can share the contents if he wants.

    The good news is- at least I'm safe from Frylock and his crazy internet rules.

    Just got back from the ENT. Shotgun-induced left ear hearing loss is very prevalent, but only for the higher frequencies, for which I am completely deaf. What does this mean? When my wife talks, I can't hear her out of my left side (but, for example, I can usually hear the phone). This will do nothing but wonders for our marriage.

    Don't know yet if it is temporary or permanent, but it's a small price to pay for a very good lesson. When I told the rest of our family, there was a collective "oh shit!" because we've all shot without hearing protection before.

    Tomorrow I'm taking the wife to an acupuncturist for her migraines. Yes, it may be quack/placebo medicine, but it's already helped two very skeptical people in my family. And if it does work for her, I will get very, very drunk in celebration. But this time around, I'll put the guns down when the booze comes out.

    Highly recommend these. I use them when I shoot. Basically, they have mics so you can hear shit when you're not shooting, and then auto-detects the loud noises and kills the mics so you don't hear them.

    I can't imagine how we ever shot IPSC without them.
