    I'll tell yall- I've been pretty responsible with my pain medicine thus far. It says to take 1 every two hours, but I might take 1 every four, if that. Normally, only when I'm in pain.

    The past two days, though, I've been in a pretty extraordinary amount of pain, so against my good judgment, I just doubled up and took two.

    In the case of comparing my old job to new, I had opportunities to talk with former employees of the company in both situations. However I was too eager to get a job when the old company made me an offer and I didn't bother to talk with the former employees. I started right away, which I soon discovered was a mistake. The company was more volatile than I expected and I became more and more involved than I expected in a very short time and wasn't happy for a long time because of some management issues.

    In this case, I've spoken with former employees, clients, and advisors, and all have highly recommended the company. I've also done a lot more research about the business and compared it to my other job leads as well. Stipulations will also keep the schedule and my workload very reasonable, which will be lovely compared to what I did this fall.

    Can't say there is a way to know exactly what the real job will be, but learning more from a variety of sources is a good start. My two cents.

    You're one of the only women here and you're surprised that guys are talking like guys do. Like Dcc in the other thread was surprised that we don't like size 12 wildebeests. We're guys online, we judge the shit out of women for no reason. It's what guys do.

    Personally, I don't find the trashy leather jacket, over-sized glasses, ugly jeans look attractive. But that's just me.
