I thought about posting about it on here, but if you didn't see it unfolding live -- and about every NBA fan I know was refreshing twitter like a dialup-era high schooler waiting on porn to download -- there is simply no way to do it justice describing it. But being a Spurs fan (the team and city is a preferred target of Cuban's), and knowing many Mavs fans myself, yesterday was especially hilarious. Christmas in July.
Dallas is screwed. They're stuck in that shitty no-mans land. Not good enough to completely tank off, but not good enough to make the playoffs in the loaded west. Worst off, Boston (from the Rondo deal) gets their pick granted it's not top 7. That would require a full on dedicated tank. Will be interesting to see where they go from here; with Dirk, Parsons, etc.
