Can someone with the PS3 FFXIV please help me out?
I have a psn account, connection is lackluster here. I have a S-E account as well. I registered my game to the account and can see it on my profile screen. When I try to get the one time password for my software token, it says my product needs to be registered before I can get the pw.
Can someone help me out with this, and calling S-E isn't an option due to being overseas? Thanks in advance.

I got FTL on Humble Bundle a while back and finally got around to playing it mid-last week. I haven't played League of Legends since. I haven't even had to think about buying GTA5. FTL is the best game I've played in as long as I can remember. When the Steam fall sale comes around every single person here should get it. It's stupidly fun.

Anyone tried Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs?

I started it and got about 30 minutes into exploration - creepy as hell, and my palms were a little sweaty - when my fucking apartment fire alarm went off. Had I not recently taken a dump, I would probably be shopping for a new office chair right now.

Battlefield 4 open beta dropped today. Anyone else get it, particularly on PS3?

Another update for GTA5. I was finally able to play online last night for about an hour and it was pretty enjoyable. Myself and some random player completed a few missions together but our partnership was short lived when we tried to rob a convenience store and he decided to just murder the guy rather than actually get any money from the job. We hopped into the getaway car with the other guy driving for the first time and he managed to get us cornered. I jumped out and took off through some back yards while he stayed behind and got shot by the cops. I ended up getting away and leveling up for it.

If anyone's playing on PS3, I've got a Crew setup if anyone wants to join. Just Friend Request me on the Rockstar Social Club. Name MrVoorhees, and I'll send an invite. You get XP and Cash boosts for playing with Crew members.

So Im maybe an hour or so into GTA V. Shit this bitch is big. I won't lie, Im a little overwhelmed with the amount of shit they through at you at once. They give you all the explanation in little blurb on the left side of your screen which flies by if you are in the middle of the action. I feel like Ive missed quite a few things on how to control the character, find jobs, or just generally play the game because of this. Also, is anyone having major graphics glitches? I had to update to v1.03 last night and the screen still blinks terribly and a lot of the time during cut scenes, and in game sometimes, they'll just be a large yellow line that stretches from the left side of the screen to the middle.

I've not had the graphics problems you speak of but I am slumming it on a 24 inch hd tv. I had a helluva time trying to read those little instructions. But the game is fucking huge. The map is gigantic. Just wait till you get the 3rd character. Best game dialogue I've heard in a long time.

Finding missions and whatnot is very similar to other Rockstar games. The letter of the character pops up on the map. It took a minute getting used to figuring out how to switch between characters in the middle of the action, which becomes vital later on.

But I just finished the story line a few days ago and I really loved it.

Is the main storyline relatively short? Ive just got past the mission where you pull that mexican gangsters house down, which seemed to set up the games main storyline in the very beginning. The percentage meter is at 10% complete. Feels like that if Im that far in with that little done the main storyline isn't that long?

It also seems a lot tougher on the whole. You beat a single pedestrian and the cops will be on you in a minute. The new wanted level with the cones is funner than the GTAIV set up but fuck it is a lot easier to bump that wanted level up. I knocked someone out outside of Franklin's house, Im not sure if he was a gang member, or if I just ran into a rival gangs territory seconds later but I had a guy fucking sniping me from far off. I couldn't even tell it was a dude shooting at me at first because he was so far off I couldn't hear the gun shots.

I do enjoy the classic GTA humor though.

I completed the storyline and a lot of the stanger missions as well as some other stuff and only had it at 70%. I feel the game is relatively lengthy. Each character has some personal shit to deal with. But they also have each other to deal with. I feel the game was sufficiently long. I haven't started the online stuff yet, but I hear a huge chunk of the game play will be online.

Now about the wanted levels. Jesus. You can't even fuck around that much before you get killed badly. I remember in vice city, I would say, "Today, everybody is going to die by grenades." And I could sit there for 20 minutes lobbing grenades at people and cars and it was ok. Now the cops swarm you lightning fast and kill you even faster. I find the cops to be a bit smarter here than previous games. But your ability to hide behind stuff helps lose them faster. I think some of the side missions are too hard for the place in the game they pop up. I skipped the initial car racing mission because after 12 tries, I couldn't even keep it on the road. Maybe I just suck.

I feel like I might just suck at it as well. My adaptation to the new shooting system has not been smooth. While I like it it still feels like the enemies or police are all fucking navy seal level shooters.

They are good shots. I will tell you though, I forget where on the map, there is a certain construction yard, where they have some earth mover type equipment. Get in one of those and just have fun. Its practically indestructable and the shovel can lift cars up. I spent a good hour just driving around in it. And taking thousands of rounds without being killed.

Since it was nearly impossible to play GTA5 online for the first several days, Rockstar is giving players a $500k credit as an apology. It'll drop in two installments of $250k each time. I never lost any characters, rank, cars, etc. so really it's just a free 500 grand. Prepare for the murderfest and pimped out rides!

I cannot wait for this game. I am desperately hoping for time to play through Dark Souls again.

I really fucked up my DkS experience by reading forums and using guides and stuff. When I got Demons later, I did it without any of that stuff and it was a million times more rewarding - I can't wait to go at DkS2 with no outside input whatsoever.

ALSO, if anyone's into cool rpgs, Humble Bundle has Divinity II in the new package and for a dollar it is sure as shit worth picking up. As far as I know all the other games suck, but Divinity is a 3rd person action-RPG and is a lot of fun so far. It's not perfect or beautiful, but you get to wear cool armor, kill lots of things, and TURN INTO A FUCKING DRAGON. It's fun. and definitely worth a dollar.

Yup, me too. It comes out in March, and will not be available on PS4, which makes me happy. Now, I don't have to get the PS4 for at least 6 months after its release, which should be enough time to get the glaring bugs out of the system.

For me, DkS, and DS are two of the finest games ever created on any platform. Ever. They're both that good.

So I'm doing something similar to this for my kids, except I'm not dropping $500 on the cabinet or $500 on the controls. I've already got a tower that I've wiped clean of everything except XP and I've downloaded all the emulators and started getting ROMS.

Besides the obvious stuff (Galaga, Donkey Kong, etc) what would you guys download if you were going to build that type of thing?
