The thing is, if they legitimately didn't see it to begin with, they can't really back down now. Either they look like morons for missing it, or pussies for bowing to American interests. Lose lose.

I went to the best Japanese place today. It opened recently and is orders of magnitude better than all the other places in town.

All you can eat sushi for $12? Yeah, I think I will. Only catch was that you were charged $2 per piece you didn't eat, so eat up fatties!!

My blog just went over 25,000 total views tonight. Woah! Thanks if you've looked!

Man it has been one good fucking week for yours truly. I hit another milestone on Wednesday when I got two sales in one day. I've been told that I work too much but it pays off.

I'm not gonna take any chances tonight and just sit in front of the fire and make sure there's always some 7&7 in my cup. I get to sleep in tomorrow too. My dad, brother, and I are pheasant hunting on a ranch on Sunday too so it feels like a proper reward for this past week. I haven't shot any roosters yet this fall and am dying to kick up some birds.

I'm looking to buy a really nice (luxury type) hair brush for a girl for Christmas and have no idea where to start. Are there brand names? What kind of bristles? Handle? I may even have it monogrammed for her if I can get it in time. Any help is really appreciated. This is her hair.

Is anyone else reminded of the Nike Air/Allah debacle in the late '90s? (Spoilered for size)

For those unfamiliar with it, Nike released some new, probably overpriced shoe, and it had "AIR" written on the back in flames.
But it looks suspiciously similar to how "Allah" is spelled in Arabic.
I really don't think the Nike designers had this in mind when they came up with it.
I'm willing to give the Korean architects the benefit of the doubt on their building design. I actually think it looks pretty cool.

Waah, that was supposed to be a PM. It was about hair care products. Doubt anyone really wanted to read it.

That only looks like Arabic to someone unfamiliar with Arabic. But people like to get their panties in a wad about all sorts of bullshit.

Nom would be all over that.

If it involves hairbrushes, well...what's one more kick to the dead horse?

Hey thanks. It would suck to get her a fancy brush that she couldn't even use on that thick, beautiful hair.

Here's a 'Bad Hair Band Aid':

I was going to post something about how boring a Friday night without beer is but then I broke down and went to the liquor store. Now I have some Summit and a handle of Captain Morgan.

EXACTLY! I remember when the Nike/Allah thing was in the news. While there was a similarity, I didn't think it was anything to get worked up about.

With the Korean towers, there is a similarity, but I don't think you could get the designers convicted in a court of law over copyright infringement (If there was a copyright on that image).
They probably just aren't as bombarded by images of the 9/11 attacks over there. After all, it didn't happen to them. Why should they care? Are all twin-tower ideas supposed to be verboten from now on? What about the Petronas towers? Those are twin towers with a bridge between them (but build before 9/11), which is kind of a similar design*.

Has the US ever done anything to embarrass a nation or regime?

*EDIT: Similar design to the Korean towers.

So for anyone that saw my video, I was invited to speak at a protest/march tomorrow. I'm nervous.

Eh, I can kind of see how the comparison between buildings could be made. However, it's in Korea. Getting upset at them about buildings that kind of look like the twin towers is a little. . . silly. The cities are 6885 miles apart. Let it go.

    In other news: beer.
