    Wine is the only reason we haven't killed each other in the last few hours. My batshit crazy mother won't let anyone help her so that she can be the victim. I forsee more bottles of wine and/or my dad breaking out the scotch soon.

    My best friend and I used to host thanksgiving complete with games and lots
    of alcohol. The 2 of us would go thru 2 bottles of wine and champagne during te day/night. I miss those days.

    Yeah, I'm just jealous really. I think I'm getting sick and a bourbon sounds like just what my throat needs.

    Also, that Nickelback performance was more hilariously terrible than I expected. I'm still laughing.

    Fuck the holidays. I managed only about 45 minutes, if that, with my "family" at a busy buffet before I had to leave. I volunteered for work today just to get out of having to go and see them but even that got delayed until 8pm so I had no other excuse. At least it's still double time pay. If I wasn't going to work I would probably just drink myself into oblivion. I'll be the downer for the day.
