    Oh my god. I am a terrible person.

    I was watching the news and a picture of a mini van came on screen with a caption that it was in Mexico.

    I said "I bet the reason it is on TV is that there are 12 people in it!"

    I was wrong. There were 20. And they all were dead.

    Thanksgiving was jammed full of female cousins aged 18 to 23 and their boyfriends or, in one case, husband. I gave thanks to whatever or whoever I am supposed to give thanks to by eating enough to feed a large family and had three different types of pie. I feel old, fat, and sober.

    I'm at the GF's parents house and for a Thanksgiving party of 10 people there is a six pack of Sam Adams (yuck) one bottle of champagne and two bottles of wine.

    I, for one, had a fantastic Thanksgiving. Everything I ate was divine and I had a handsome guest by my side. And did I mention that I poured vodka in inappropriate proportions all afternoon? I'm thinking very hard about going to bed and it's only 7:24pm.
