    So I hurt my rotator cuff like a mo-fo this week.

    In true Idiot fashion, it didn't stop me from playing volleyball tonight.

    Then, I pulled my quad. Now my shoulder and my thigh fucking hurt. Glad I got that 1.75L bottle of rum.

    It sucks getting old. This one goes out to me and all the other old guys around here:

    I did a rotator cuff a few years ago.

    It didn't hurt so much as any arm movement over the shoulder beyond a certain degree just caused total arm failure. It just.......dropped.

    Since then, no more straight barbell press. Only dumbell fly's.

    How the hell did you play volleyball?

    I actually played pretty well. I pounded the shit out of the ball, grimaced in pain, rinse, repeat. If it hurt too much, I hit lefty.

    It is now 9:51 pm and I'm taking down drywall in my latest basement re-design. I gotta finish this motherfucker and just be done with it.
