    I think you can sign up other ways. OR you can use Grooveshark. I've heard it is actually better with zero ads. Not sure what the catch is though.

    The legal profession doesn't treat anyone right. Which is why I don't practice anymore. And, no, it's not manual labor, but I would have resorted to that to get out of that cursed profession.

    I heard the best definition of lawyer yesterday: The guy who will tell you tomorrow what he wanted yesterday, but can't talk to you today.

    Unless it was a concept album most albums are set up to be cut into singles. And buy albums? How old are you? With torrents you can just download a bands entire catalog with rarities, B sides, demos, etc The trick now is condensing an entire catalog into a decent playlist for my 8 gig Ipod touch (Im behind the times as it is with 8 gig 1st gen). So after picking the radio hits Ill ask about deep cuts to save me the time of listening to hours of music where only maybe half an hour is all I can use. If the band is something I dig hard Ill listen to their full albums over and over. Ill usually give new albums one or two full listens, if it's all good it goes on my ipod other wise I pick and choose.

    Hell the new thing is the spotify thing people are talking about here, which is just basically a radio style set up that plays songs based on preferences you set up. Can you listen to full albums on that? Ive never used it but I thought it was more of a random selector.

    Grooveshark is finicky, a lot of the songs are different volumes and sometimes stop working after a while. I've also had whole libraries deleted on me a couple times.

    I'm think spotify is the best on a computer, but I prefer pandora for my ipod and roku since I don't want to pay a fee.

    I thought my sister was the only crazy person that bought singles. CD's were the primary means of music during my formative years, and I noticed that for every CD I purchased because of a radio hit or single, I ended liking a few of the other songs on the album MUCH more than the original one that piqued my interest.

    The Pandora Comedy channel is the best thing to happen since sliced bread; it goes perfectly with farting around in the garage and dicking around with tools.

    Spotify can be either a random selector ala pandora, or you can build your own playlist like you would on itunes, so as long as they have an agreement with the artist you can play the whole album in order if you want.

    I'm sorry sir, but you are not quite correct. If people ask me for a band recommendation I will pick out a song or two I think they might like, and if they do I will recommend albums for them. I've never even considered picking out a playlist of songs for them; that would be insulting.

    None of those are NSFW, any who I think it's cute when they get smoking fucking hot girls on shows and then some how they are automatically nerds. I couldn't comment on her but most of the time the girl might know more than the average girl on any nerd subject for the show she's hosting based on the requirements of the job but there is no way they have the hardcore obsessive understanding of games/movie/comics actual fans do, much less enough to be called a "nerd." It is beautiful eye candy though.

    I fucking hate tit-for-tat gift giving. It ruins the spirit of the season or whatever and makes me all grinchy. I want to do something nice. This does not mean that when I do so you should call me and get a little belligerent about asking me what I want in return.

    Also, when I say I'd like a book I actually mean that I would really like a fucking book. Not a kindle or a nook or whatever the fuck. A good old fashioned book.

    Seriously, fuck Sara Underwood. She's not a nerd, she's just a piece of eye candy G4 decided to get as a host. And she's a shitty host at that. It's typical of a male dominated watched show to want to put someone like her on there to make all the basement dwellers tune in to the "hot former playboy nerd".
