    In other news I fucking hate getting hair cuts. I was no guard buzzing it for a while but was convinced jobs wouldn't hire a skin head. Even if I use the same girl each time it never seems like she cuts it the same way each time. I get into arguments littereally every time because I want a one guard on the sides and they NEVER want to do this immediately, even if it's the same girl that knows I have it cut that short. I could go on but I hate bitching about this shit.

    A little tip to future or budding parents:

    AA bateries. Buy either the rechargables, or about six thousand of these things. Like, enough to survive a fucking nuclear winter. Then, take the dead ones and an army slingshot to the CEO of Little Tykes' house and fire them until one breaks through a window and kills him. JESUS CHRIST can't even go three days after Chritmas without this house going dry.

    In other news we're also finally having our first official snowfall (a fluffy, pleasant one at least), Which I call the Annual Deadly Death Day Of Death since it seems to really bring out the mental retardation in anybody with a driver's license. It's like watching people from Georgia drive snow up here for the first time. Winning comedy.

    I've only been to Bell's Brewery in Kalamazoo, but the times I've been there have always been a blast.

    My parents occasionally make trips to Holland and always say that it's a very lovely, if not quite small, town.

    So, I guess, a couple bright spots in what could be viewed as the Mordor of the Midwest.

    Go East and you'll crash into me, head south and you can hit up Cedar Point in north-east Ohio which is pretty rad or drive all the way to Florida on one road. Michigan's roads are the worst that I have seen in the country presently. They are SHIT. Narrow, broken, perpetually under contruction that crawls like a frozen piss. It's like they're just giving up or something. Pimping Tim Allen on radio voice-over commercials will only get you so far.

    Driving up through Northern Michigan sure is nice, I thought it had a spectacular view with huge rolling hills going up to the Mackinac bridge (which is a sight itself).

    Frankenmuth is kinda cool, like a Bavarian town with some kick-ass chicken. It also hs the world's largest Christmas store, Bronner's, which the is the most insane assault on the senses I have ever seen. 70's Vegas has nothing on this place.

    Michigan is a beautiful state. Yes the roads are disgusting but blame the government for that. Northern Michigan is a sight to behold. Absolutely gorgeous.

    It snowed for about an hour tonight, light flakes that didn't even stick between all the rain. Regardless, every other driver on the road was going ten under the speed limit, presumably as they gawked at the sky and cried in baffled wonderment at the absolutely unprecedented sight of partially frozen precipitation from the sky.

    Fucking inbred jackasses.

    Detroits obviously a shit town but it shouldn't be used as a representation of the rest of the state. The state isn't so bad really, yea there are shit towns but every state has a few. I grew up in Ann Arbor which really is kind if nice. My brother lives in Holland which is nice if you like small towns. Lake Michigan as a whole is nice and there's always sleeping bear dunes which is great.

    That being said I'm glad I got out. It's a dying state and it's incredibly cloudy in the winter and spring. It's nice to be there in the late summer and early fall but after that it's time to get out.
