    No he wasn't being sarcastic. It's a job working in a shipping warehouse for a major retail company and the way they operate is inefficient.
    My business is not landscaping.
    I wasn't spouting off management philosophies I read in a text book from the local community college business management 101 course. Just because someone has decided to learn on their own time doesn't make their knowledge any less applicable.
    It's a shipping warehouse. It's not rocket science.
    No I don't expect to be made CEO after two weeks. However, if you were working a job where you are paid a higher wage the more productive you are and you saw countless ways that the company was wasting it's own money as well as costing you in your paycheck every week, you wouldn't suggest a few changes to make everyone look better?
    My 4 "bosses" have worked there a collective 2 years. Two of them started a week after me and have never worked in a shipping warehouse before, where I have worked in this type of environment for 5+ years.

    Well, Football was fun. It's funny how your closest friend is still willing to throw a forearm in your face just for the sake of a first down. Now my dinner will consist of about 37 Advils and my body feels like it was used as a fitness trampoline by the Budweiser clydesdales.

    This is somehow related. Windsor, Ontario saw its first murder this week since 2009. Windsor is a town of probably around 300,000 (including the surrounding area). More important, it is connected to Detroit. How crazy is it that two towns that are side-by-side have such a TOTALLY different level of violence?
