    Bewildered - that's a hell of a care package. I'm uber jealous. I'm also shocked that there were no illegal immigrants camped out inside the Coors can.

    I've been marathoning Season 2 of Community today. I love this show. The fact that I am drunk also helps.

    Tomorrow is going to be a long-ass day, though.

    Morning: Clean the basement, take some measurements, and go to the store to get the rest of the supplies needed to finish the bathroom and bedroom down there. This is going to cost a lot of time and money, not to mention expose my complete and total lack of knowledge about all things handy.

    Afternoon: Wife is having my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and my mom over to discuss and plan the baby shower that is taking place next month. I will be hiding in the bedroom with my laptop, likely watching the Back to the Future movies. I was hoping to spend this time getting drunk, but unfortunately:

    Evening: I work until midnight. On New Years Eve. Now, I almost never do anything on new years eve, so this isn't a huge deal, but I'd much rather be getting drunk than working. New Years Eve at the video store is actually the busiest day of the year, except I'm not going to work until later, which means by the time I get there, it'll be fairly slow.

    Fucking hell. I've had stomach pains before, but this tops them all. The area just under/behind my sternum feels like someone jammed a blender blade in there and set it on liquefy, and drinking Pepto seems to have only invoked more of this virus' wrath at my impudence in trying to not feel like shit.
