    Yeah, in America, the fattest fucking country in the world.

    And before anything gets too ugly I think the guys saying the original chick is fat mean it in the sense that she's not perfect and could stand to lose a couple (no more than 10-15 I would gather) pounds, not that she's gross/unfuckable. Personally I like her the way she is and would probably look a bit drawn out after losing 7 pounds or more, but I know some guys like 'em thin.

    Fair enough but Okie state is 5-0 against top 25 teams. Bama on the other hand is 2-1. This is why there needs to be a playoff. Also how in the fucking fuck did Michigan connive their way into a BCS bowl game?

    She aint bad fat. Bet if she wasn't on the front of her feet she'd have some wicked cankles and everyone's thoughts on her would move down a notch add some flats and I wouldn't be braking at any cross walks for her. If I had to say and upper limit (with out the aid of black out amounts of alcohol which skew any of these results) I'd say the chick from the first season of East Bound and Down was as curvey as I'd want women who didn't give a fuck about their health. As for an ideal, Shimmered posted a link to women working out. That's what we should shoot for.

    BMI is a bullshit metric, and assumes that you have an office workers's physique (which is to say enough bodyweight to hold yourself upright in your set for 8 hours a day, and not a lot more) and is widely criticized by nutritionalists and health professionals for unreasonably low weight thresholds. The classic example is that Brad Pitt in Fight Club was morbidly obese. Most short women with big tits are obese and girls who train for strength sports usually show up as obese. A friend of mine is 4'11 sits at about 15% or 16% body fat with great tits. She's also just under 130lbs has clean and jerked 210lbs in competition and is flat out obese according to the BMI. 15% or 16% body fat is the low end of healthy for a female athlete.

    5'3 and 141 lbs is on the cross over point - it's pretty much the boundary between normal body weight and overweight under the BMI. losing 10 or 15 pounds (126-131) would put that person right into the middle of the healthy range. Assuming that she doesn't have bigger than normal tits for her frame, and has never done any strength based sports or focused muscle mass development training to rehab an injury.

    So, in a cruel joke by the world, I decided tonight to be friendly and generous (you know, in the holiday spirit) and jump start someone's car and now my car won't start. It's not the battery...and so now my car is stuck in the grocery store parking lot and my day tomorrow is totally fucked with having it towed/getting a rental. Good deed=totally not worth it.
