The woman in the next picture actually looks like a woman I know.

And here's some music to get you into the holiday spirit. Yes, the song is about what you think it is.

The first person to correctly guess what movie the opening sound-byte is from gets a rep point. No word on whether it will be red or green though.

Nope, I'm sure plenty of the TiBette's on here have boyfriends with bad aim as well.

I could have gone down the cowboy route, but growing up I had an extreme distaste for it for some reason. I mean even when I was working in a feedyard I opted for regular work boots instead of cowboy boots and baseball caps instead of cowboy hats.

And now I would feel like a poser if I started wearing that stuff. Even though I am technically more qualified than half the douches wearing boots and cowboy hats these days.

"Beneath the Planet of the Apes"? or beginning of "Escape from the Planet of the Apes"? That would be my guess for the soundbyte.

You win with that first one, Puffman. But since you provided two answers instead of one, enjoy the red dot.

Geez, tough crowd for someone who guessed it right. I wasn't even close to thinking that. I was going to say Santa Claus vs. The Martians (actual film).

As far as being a cowboy goes I did experiment for a bit, walking from town to town with a loaded six-string on my back, but I didn't play for keeps.

Jesus, I leave for work and miss the only yoga discussion this board has had. Dammit.

Advice for yoga newbies: don't try hot yoga first. It's apt to be overwhelming. And it's interesting that shimmered got angry when she tried it; lots of times certain yoga poses reflect some kind of muscle memory that you assume when you're angry or sad or tense. Doing the yoga triggers those feelings...if you can move through it, sometimes you can process them and be better afterward.

    /new-age preaching

On, and for all the haters with cowboy hats: you've never been to Calgary during The Stampede. Yeah, it's a western town all year but for two weeks during the summer you stick out if you aren't in jeans, cowboy boots and a hat. Even the downtown crowd. And don't get me started on how much money Llamle's charges for western wear. Obscene. You can drop a grand on a hat and not even be in the 'expensive' section.

What's the difference between a 1k+ hat and an, idk, $80 hat?

Video unrelated, but I always forget how hard T.I. goes:

There's evidently quite a difference in quality and fit. Especially if you'll be wearing it all year, in bad weather, etc. You can actually get cowboy hats custom made. At the very least, most Llamle's (big western clothing and horse tack chain) have a steamer machine that the salesman can use to manipulate the felt into a different shape if it isn't fitting quite right.

But yeah, you can also get straw ones for $7 at Wal-Mart.

If I had a choice of what kind of cowboy I wanted to be, I'd want to be a Space Cowboy.

You know: hunt bounties, get into adventures, cruise around the solar system in a spaceship.

    Yep.

Theres also a supposed fur shortage(har har) of beaver and rabbit which are commonly used in the very expensive models. I've seen some that have sterling silver and jewels on the design around the circumference of it. Really expensive hats are more to show people how much money you have versus the guy wearing it for its intended purpose.

It's more that I think about what I can be accomplishing instead of sitting still. Or stretching. I.could be reading or studying or working or doing anything else in the world. Ugh.

God I swear the Slag Whore is a special kind of crazy. Because I contacted her to inform that her desire to switch weekends was ok by me she lost her mind. This degenerated to the point that she threatened murder/suicide of herself and the twins. I really don't know how to deal with her level of insanity anymore.

Then don't. I don't know your situation, but if she is threatening that shit then they shouldn't be spending any time with her unsupervised if it all.

T.I. has to be the most underrated rapper of all time. I saw him Spring Break 2004 and immediately thought he would be mentioned in the same breath as Tupac and Biggie one day. Unfortunately he's had some issues...

Unfortunately I live in Indiana. I know men here who are working two jobs to pay support to women on probation, and in rehab, yet they can't get custody of their kids. The courts system here seems to really hate men. And since I am unemployed and catching up but still behind on child support, unless I go into court with a lawyer I can't afford I will get nothing to show for it except a court fee that I can't afford either.

It is my hope to get custody of the kids one day, but until I am out of school that is looking like a non option for me. At least that's the case according to every lawyer I have spoken to.

It's easy dude.... do what Dr. Drew recommends. If she ever, EVER says that, tell her you're calling the police, and then hang up and call the police and tell them what she said.

    It really is that easy.

You don't need to prove that she said it, just be honest and forthright to the cops. She'll get the fact that it's a serious fucking thing to do pretty quick.

The only song I know him for is "Dead and Gone" with Justin Timberlake. So, I just googled him. Not to take away from his talent, but check out his kids:

    Domani Uriah (boy, 2000)
Messiah Ya'Majesty (boy, 2001 and no, I'm not kidding)
    Dejah Imani (girl, 2001)
    Clifford "King" Joseph (boy, 2004)
    Major Philant (boy, 2008)

Oh, and a stepdaughter named Zonnique. Man, when he goes on a tear he has a bunch of kids all at once. And names them weird names.

Thanks for the advice all. Sorry to clutter up the fun thread with my personal drama. I will take all of your advice into consideration, and leave my serious off of here.

Back to your regularly scheduled debauchery. I believe we were talking about what a sea troll Megan Foxx is or something like that.
