I remember thinking Tonka had really, really big paws. His paw is on the right. Callie has some really, really, REALLY big feet. She's going to be pretty damn big.
Alright, hoping someone has some things to try with our cat. He is about 5 years old and around December starting shitting randomly in the house. This was the same time the boys started walking so we weren't sure if it had something to do with that. Took him to the vet but they didn't really see much wrong aside from I believe something with his anal gland which they pinched or whatever you call it. They figured he associated the pain with the litter box. That didn't seem to make much of a difference so we tried a second litter box after hearing of others doing that and it helping, no real big difference though with ours. Personality wise he seems exactly the same (very social, eating fine, still used kitty litter most of the time), so we finally shipped him off to my mother-in-laws thinking a change in scenery may be what he needed. He was ok for a little while then started shitting there too. She started letting him outside and that seemed to help. Well he just came back since she'll be gone for a while and we kept the letting him outside thing going. It seemed like it was going well but in the last week we've found some piles again including in the basement which is where his kitty litter is. He literally walks right past the two and shits on the floor. We just can't have a cat shitting around the house with two one year olds wondering around so we aren't sure what to do. Aside from this he is probably the coolest cat I've seen so I really don't want to have to do anything drastic, but at the same time we can't give him to someone else and have him continue shitting at their house. We're going to try the vet once more but I have a feeling it's nothing physically wrong with him. Anyone else seen this and have some tips to try? We'd like to keep him since the boys love him.
Just realized that the previous youtube link that I posted wasn't showing up. Does anyone else's dog do this?
Yep, any kind of siren will set Maverick off and he will join in with me if i start howling as well (most of the time... sometimes he just looks at me with what can only be described as a 'What the fuck are you doing' look):
My wife has been fostering 2 kittens for the last 3 months, this guy put in a lot of effort and work hard to impress me and the dogs enough to earn a fulltime position, his sister got adopted yesterday but I just had to keep this one, his name is Spike.
This is a 10-week-old boxer/Australian Shepherd mix I met on campus today. His name is Tucker, after Tucker Max. Seriously. Make up your own joke here. He was very eager to show off his puppy teeth and sniff me in his fervent search for treats. Once he realized that I had no cookies nor toys, he lost interest and ran off to the next shiny thing.
I wasn't sure if I would post a picture since it didn't come out great and you can't see our dog's awesomeness, but why not?
Ever since I let the neighbor kids into the backyard to get their ball back, she went from being ok with them on their side of the fence to wtf are you doing. Any time they are on their drive way now, she watches.
The dog is now home! Driving through Philadelphia during rush hour suuuuckkksss big-time. The kids named her Lilly. Not my first choice, but it's an early Christmas present for them, so we let them choose. They also chose the spelling. Am I wrong when I say Lilly should be spelled Lily? They insisted I was wrong. I told them I am never wrong and when will they realize that? Anyway, everyone, this is Lilly, Lilly, this is everyone:
