As of yesterday we're pet-sitting an old golden retriever for a friend. I built a gate for the stairs so that the cat has free range of the house but the downstairs is off limits to the dog. Came out of my home office to grab another coffee and found that the cat has noticed that we now have company in the house. (He's usually outside, and hangs out in my office or downstairs when he's inside, so I don't think he really knew that the dog was there overnight). They stared at each other for about 2 minutes and then the cat jumped up into his chair and fell asleep. He really is pretty chill.
1 week. To address rep: The breeder put that collar on her. I assume, since she does this for a living she knows her shit.
2 weeks. Still one of the biggest at 2lbs 13oz. Eyes should be open in the next week. Can. Not. Wait. To bring her home!
Thank you! We're going to try to hold out until week 9 but...yeah, we'll see if we do. I got a video last night, she is so close to walking.
Shegirl, she's beautiful. This makes me nervous...I'm going to see a litter of black/chocolate labs this weekend. Five weeks old. A friend is in the market and I'm the connection to the breeder/kennel. I will not buy a puppy this weekend. I will not buy a puppy this weekend. I will not buy a p....
Thank you and good luck my friend. Might as well check your willpower at the door though! I know you're a dog lover. Just sayin'.
This is an old one. As you all know I have an identical twin and we shared time with a pup we called Cosby, Cozzy for short. Amazing dog, miss him dearly. This photo is nearly 16 years old but says all you should want to know about Coz
The dog making her eager face because previously she was slowly smelling the yard, probably a strange cat or a neighborhood rabbit or squirrel was in the yard.
So for all of us dog lovers, Orvis has become the go to place for car-dog accessories. Its insane what they offer and they all make sense and are practical, protecting the car, comforting the pup.
We pick this lil girl up next Friday at 10am. Which means life as we know it is over....for the better....eventually.
I took my Duke dog to the vet today. He's overweight (sob) and as a result will be eating less. He's going to be such a dick. as a reward I got him and Daisy some toys - a firehose dog with squeakers and a hedgehog with a grunter. DAISY keeps stealing the hedgehog and taking it to her bed. Duke is sad.
