    Leonidas. I don't have to explain why, so suck it.

    Opened a restaurant tonight. Spent almost 55 hours in three days prepping and building the line. Got my ass beat down for hours upon hours during service tonight, and this was just a soft opening.

    I think I've bitten off more than I can chew, and I'm just the sous-chef, but I've never felt this good about an opening before. It's just...sublime.

    Free booze for anyone working tonight. Talisker 30-Year on the fucking house! That shit costs like $350 CAD a bottle!

    I win, and everyone else fucking loses.
