    I just started myself a batch of hard apple cider. Here's hoping it takes, because I didn't use specialty yeast or anything. Just a mix of dry active yeast and brewer's yeast from the bulk barn. At this rate I'll be distilling moonshine by the end of the year. Oh boy.
