    This was pages ago, but I will check in. I did big boy weights one day and was really really fucking sore which lasted for several days. I am running a half marathon on Sunday so decided it probably wasn't the best time to add in anything new so was waiting until after I finished the half marathon to start the weights again.

    And my eating has been out of control. I don't know what my problem is.

    So, to answer your ass question...I guess I would have to say ... fat?
