I'm getting ready to love the shit out of this: JCVD has always had a fantastic sense of self-deprecating humour.
I think this is a TV show not movie, isn’t it? Either way I can’t wait. He’s basically had a really cool second act simply from making fun of everything from the first act of his career. I thought “JCVD” was a brilliant satire and showed he can really act when not speaking English.
I’m glad it’s a show, considering how awesome it looks. Ash vs. Evil Dead was certainly more welcoming and awesome as a show than a movie.
Margot Robbie is a lot better looking than Tonya Harding. Plus, there's a nudity content notice. This looks promising. Last time I remember a beautiful actress (Charlize Theron) committing to being ugly in a role, she won an Oscar (Monster).
I couldn't remember what year the leg smack took place, so I googled it, which led me to Harding's wiki page. What a fascinating disaster. All these years later and only 6 women have performed the triple axel in competition. Only 2 can do it now and they're both competing in the Olympics - and, therefore couldn't do it for the film. And, this line from her wiki page couldn't be any more Harding:
I have a vague recollection of reading The New Mutants comic books growing up. Did anyone else? I was wondering if the horror movie element could be Spoiler just the Danger Room? In the trailer it looks as if we see the exterior of Xavier's house, which is where the Danger Room was?
New Mutants were the lead-up to “X-Force”. They were designed to replace the X-Men after they were killed off but that never happened. There was no replacing Wolverine, Magneto and Archangel with Cable, Gideon and Sunspot. New Mutants most celebrated thing is introducing Deadpool, who started as a villain in one of the last issues. New Mutants ran 100 issues before becoming X-Force.
That is fucking gold. Do kids today even know who Bob Ross is? ETA: Crown is correct: http://www.goodhousekeeping.com/deadpool-wins-the-holidays/
So, he's even got the Good Housekeeping seal of approval. The writer was very clever in the way s/he walked the line. Plenty of it was dirty, but without using any actual foul language.
Wow thats amazing. I may actually buy that issue (if its in fact real). Is there a better cast superhero than Ryan Reynolds at Deadpool? Maybe RDJ as Iron Man, but other than that I cant think of any.
I doubt they'll run a print one, but I wish every recipe were written like that and the turkey instructions. And, the tree with the guns and grenades is awesome. I may use that picture on my cards this year.
