More clever marketing. http://www.ladbible.com/entertainme...over-a-bunch-of-classic-movie-covers-20180516
Good thing they got the music rights, I saw part of that Hendrix film with Andre 3000 and it was lame ass covers. Still wish Sacha Baron Cohen would have gotten to make his movie (which was supposed to be much darker and focused a lot on the drugs and partying). Apparently the band just wanted the big Disney version. Still their music can make any trailer awesome.
Is it just me, or did anybody else think that was Tom Hardy at first? Logan Marshall Green could be his brother.
From the trailer "there used to be dragons when I was a boy" And from the AMA https://old.reddit.com/r/movies/comments/8pavz1/im_dean_deblois_director_of_the_how_to_train_your/ It was very deliberate that each installment of Hiccup’s growth features a rite of passage. The first movie was about learning to accept yourself, in spite of your weaknesses. The second movie was about the transition of youthful abandon to adulthood. The third movie focuses on — it’s about finding the courage to let go. That in itself is a universal rite of passage. Whether they are faced with letting go of insecurities, or those who follow their destiny.
Dammit. This trailer made me jump in the theatre a few weeks ago, and I watched it again before posting here - got me again.
