You turned a moving boat on a trailer in the snow into a stationary kid on the sand with a spade. Harry Potter is real
You know that dumbass in front of me was going TO the boat ramp? In that weather. He must have really needed a break from his wife to take that fishing trip.
We have a fishing derby called the Blue Knuckle, it takes place a couple days after xmas. We live at the bottom of the alaskan pan handle.
We have several winter tournaments also. That guy was not traveling to one of them. That was some dude that decided a cold, wet snow was the time to fish. I'll fish in the cold, I will not fish in wet weather, rain or snow. That shit is dumb. Call me a fair weather fisherman, I'll wear that proudly.
Today sure felt like Monday. I tried turning off the water supply for 2 different fixtures in the laundry room and couldn't turn either off. One is completely immobile and the other sprayed water from the nut harder and harder the closer to off I got. Currently drinking coffee to gain a second wind. Someone send help or say a prayer or something.
We got some snow flurries in the higher parts of town today, tonight they're calling for about an inch across the entire valley. Normally this would be good news to me, but 80% of the idiots here have never driven in snow. And they can't even drive on dry pavement. It's going to be like GTA out on the roads if an inch sticks.
It snowed all day today since the night before. It was perfect. Temps were just above freezing so I could use the hose to water the ducks, and the constant light snow built up prettily before melting, no shoveling required.
My property in northern CA has been getting snow the past few days. If I had something other than a boy racer vehicle I would've headed that direction to enjoy a few days of snow in the woods.
