Try and avoid locking your keys in the car while it's still running and leave it that way for three hours while you go to dinner. Which is what happened the first time my parents met hers. Hell of an introduction to the future father in law.
That looks like the evil cloud that shoots birds at you from Super MarioLand. Get it away from me!!!!
That will happen when you not drinking x-light beer. Pumpkin Beer isn't too bad, some are decent. Its less about the pumpkin and more about the other stuff they put in it that makes it alright.
Couldn't agree more. I've tried every pumpkin beer (unless it was released this season) that has been put out in the past ten years. It amazes me how nuts people go for these beers, they do not taste like beer, nor do they taste like pumpkin. I'm not sure what they taste like other than evil. I would rather drink an IPA or a Wheat beer, both of which I hate, before I drank anything that even stared at a pumpkin. Pumpkin Pie? Fucking awesome.
You hate IPA's and you enjoy craft beer? I'm so confused. Do you consider Sam Adams lager a good beer? Point being most people who like microbrews generally like IPA's as well, although there are obviously exceptions. Maybe you're more of a stout drinker.
Our much beloved local brewery was sold this week to a Belgian company. My husband has gone into mourning. Heard the purchase price was 100 million, that that is ...what...20 Pabsts? Chili is in the crock pot...going to get pumpkins for carving tonight! After I get through this lame-ass baby shower today's gonna be nice!
Good point, with each picture the bartender put in a teaspoon each of cinnamon and brown sugar. I typically hate any sweet or fruity drinks, beers included (with the exception of the banana bread beer that my package store carries). At the end of the night we switched to miller light which ran for $8 a pitcher and wasnt nearly as heavy as the pumpkin stuff.
I used to enjoy IPA's about 15 years ago, but with the recent IPA craze, it seems that every IPA maker is trying to stuff as much hops as possible in their IPAs, in order to outdo every other IPA, and it just comes across as incredibly hoppy, but waaaaaay too much for my taste (however, all the other bartenders went nuts for all the new IPAs, I just can't get past the unbalanced flavor). I like lagers, pilsners, bocks, porters. I'm also not a brand junky, I like Guinness, but Optimator is really nice, I like Stoudts, Founders, Great Lakes, Miller Lite, MGD. For me, I like a slightly more balanced flavor than most IPAs offer. I've also never been partial to Wheat beers, but I do really like this Raspberry Wheat I had years ago, it was so light and refreshing. Nowadays, I don't drink, so my opinion is probably not very relevant to any of it. I liked what I liked, but I never got the whole pumpkin thing. They just never seemed to deliver a good pumpkin flavor or good beer taste simultaneously. They remind me of the Mercedes SUVs, shitty performance, shitty looks and shitty hauling capacity.
I went to a USAPL meet this morning (powerlifting) to help and support a couple of my teammates. Got to see Mike Tuscherer pull 843 lbs. Ridiculous.
My good friend Mia (on the left) with Kris Clever, the 2010 crossfit games champ. I wouldn't be surprised to see Mia in the games in the next couple years.
Apparently pregnant women don't like the fact that you're drinking and they can't. Especially when you rub it in their face. Note to self.
You should tell them its not your fault for being a jerk, its their fault for getting pregnant. If they wanted to drink, they should've have got knocked up.
I remember watching her and finding it unfair that a dude wearing a sportsbra was allowed to compete against the females.
Man loses weight on beer and sausage diet. I'm going to go have a beer. Have I mentioned how good the Paulaner Oktoberfest is this year?
