    What is up with grey dots in the reputation system? How do they happen, is it a glitch? The image file exists, so the developer must have done it on purpose. Sometimes I get a grey dot with no message. It's like someone wants me to know they read my dick joke, but they have no opinion on it either way.

    People who have no rep (or negative rep) can't give rep - so the dot is grey.
