It's good that you still have a source on that. I never did get into the Tard Blog; I liked "Slow Children at Play" better. Question: does anyone still have any links/ sources on the featured authors from Rudius Media? Philalawyer.com is now some lawfirm's website. Another I really liked was Devilmonkey.com (link also worthless). Can anyone think of any others?
Starting to get a little tired of hearing of every last screw up this Titanic CEO sub overlooked. WE GET IT THE CEO WAS RETARDED. We don't need a news story every time a former neighbor remembers him cleaning his gutters without someone holding his ladder. I think we could have just stopped at "we pilot the sub with a MicroCenter Mall controller."
Daddy Don’t Hit Me, I think by BC Woods. Anyone else confirm this? If I remember correctly he was the one who called out Tucker about not paying RMMB authors.
The percent of this phone call with mom that covers the sale prices of specific cans of veggies, beans, and tomato products, is similar to the percent she saved overall.
We're getting the shit beat out of us by storms lately. This thing flipped on its side with all those people standing on it. We made it back home just before this storm hit.
What's funny to me is his "call to action" came after the BLM protests, and not a word about Jan 6. Is that indicative of which side he expects to leave him alone? Also, dropping $100k on guns & ammo when he's on a Texas ranch in the middle of nowhere. Not even a zombie horde would find him, but he's not paranoid at all.
His wife did! Or nursing school at least. Fun trivia: if I recall she was working on some tele-medicine thing, nurse consults via webcam. I wonder if she ever got that off the ground before COVID created a market for it, or during.
Of all the desires that have been brought to light on this board throughout the years, this might be the weirdest. I need to know why you want this. Why can't you be like the rest of us that just once want to see a certain mod's boobs?
Think about the most useful skills in a post-apocalypse scenario. Zombie movies, disaster movies, etc. Who is the most valuable? Doctors are near the top of that list. Every post-apoc community is short on doctors. And so if you live in the before times, and believe we're headed toward post-apoc, one of the best things you can do to "prep" is not hoard ammo or learn to ranch or whatever, it's just... become a doctor.
Obviously they don't become doctors because they find doctors and take them in and keep the safe and fed with all the hunting and gardening skills. Because a bunch of doctors are useless unless they're butchering a human to eat.
Gimmie some more keywords to pull some more mirrors up. http://slowchildren-atplay.blogspot.com/?m=1 Edit: here's the profile for the guy keeping these blogs content up https://www.blogger.com/profile/03858302108562182774 Interesting.
The hero we needed. Say what you want about that whole Rudius Media experiment or how it was unceremoniously tossed in the trash bin soon as TM thought he had a future in The Movies(tm), but there was quite the amalgamation of talent. I wish someone would track down all the bloggers and TMMB mods and do an oral history of the whole thing.
It was actually philalawyer.net As per his post here: https://www.theidiotboard.com/threads/new-philalawyer-net-website.263/ I used the waybackmachine. As of 2015 it was shut down. I tried a date in 2013, when many site changes (posts) are made, and got this http://web.archive.org/web/20130124045003/http://philalawyer.net/
Going to Tahoe for a night next week and here's the breakdown of the Vrbo charges: $175.35 x 1 night $175.35 Additional charges $75.26 Cleaning Fee $68.25 Administrative Fee $7.01 Service Fee $36.00 Tax $29.23 Tax $8.19 Tax $21.04 Wtf? They just add on $75.26 and call it "Additional charges"? Is that like "Dealer markup"?
