It's even better now with the double laning the whole way. A million times safer, and much more pleasant.
Lake Louise is by far the biggest disappointment I have seen. We(family vacation) used to travel the ice fields yearly, and see all the beautiful lakes along the way. Then one year me and the wife decided to do the trip and say fuck it lets go to Lake louise. So many people and the other lakes are just as nice if not nicer.
Been a while, it was always single lane when i went through there. Should take the family one of these days.
I don’t know what Wiarton Willie plans on telling us tomorrow, we’ve barely had a winter at all this year. Temperatures are continuing to rise the next two weeks here. Crops being potentially screwed up aside— Keep him quiet.
It is now February 1st, we have basically had one day of snow, and one week where it went into the freezing temps. We had the best summer we ever had, one of the mildest Winters so far. Either we are going to get a surprise winter or the shittiest summer
I have two things in common with Patrick Mahomes. The inability to grow a proper goatee and a dad bod.
He is so annoying and uncool that almost seems like a troll job. His brother should be thrown in a meat grinder.
So, F1 thread is DOA, so figured posting here might be better... but holy shit, bombshell news... Lewis Hamilton is now signed with Ferrari as of 2025 with a multi-year contract. 2024 is going to be pretty fucking spicy!
Yea, i don't follow F1 at all, but even i was like, Oh he has been at Merc for a long time now. This is going to be fun.
Are they pulling a straight swap for Sainz? Haven't found any solid news, just speculation and rumors.
No idea… but it’s coming out that he’s following the main car designer who bailed after being forced to do shit he didn’t like and thought was the wrong direction for the car development. He jumped ship to Ferrari and Hamilton is following him.
Didn't know about that. Now that makes me want to dig around more. Of course, they all need to figure out how to catch up to Red Bull and MVS.
That's what hubs has. He started out with a cannula but got a replacement face mask. The cannula would randomly get blocked which would cause a full blown panic attack. He's still having claustrophobia/panic with the mask on his face. He's basically just practicing with it at night but eventually leaves it off because he wakes up with a panic episode over suffocation and can't get his brain to calm down until he just removes it. He has his through the VA and getting responses or help from the sleep clinic specifically has been painful. Did you or anyone with a mask experience this? How long did it take you to acclimate?
Sounds like he has to up the pressure... I found that with a low pressure I had that same kind of reaction, but not as severe as you're describing. Give me full on leaf blower pressure so that I can just open my mouth and my lungs are super inflated. It's awesome. I can't sleep without it now. I had my CPAP die on me in the hurricane in Mexico, and when I got back, took it into the shop, and they replaced it without any hassle. I then bought a second one as a spare/backup in case something went wrong.
@Nettdata that was my first thought too. I suggested that and he said the clinic sets the pressure on their side and implied that it was automatic on some way. That didn't sound right to me. We will get to digging on this.
