"I'm going to yank the transformer out of my microwave and play with the bare wires. What could go wrong?
Microwaves have been around for what, 50+ years? It's nice to know people are still finding out the hard way just have powerful and dangerous they can be. At least people are not using them to dry off their wet cat anymore. Hopefully.
It's ideal to recharge your iPhone though. I always find it hilarious people who try shit others mention on the Internet. "Oh my God! My $2k phone just blew up because you told me to quick charge it in the microwave! How could you do that to me?" "How could you be stupid enough to do it?"
my dumbass older brother went swimming in the lake with his phone a few years back. He's 50 now, so probably mid 40s then. He was so plastered he didn't realize he did it until the morning. I woke up, walked into the kitchen, and asked him what's that smell and why is the oven on. Stupid fucker put his phone in rice. And then put it in the oven. At 350 F. For 15 minutes. It did not work.
I’ve taken several courses on electricity. No matter how much I understand it or become experienced with it, I will never feel 100% confidant working with it, I will always be intimidated by it. Once it grabs you, it owns you, and off goes your hard drive for good. Dead. It is really that simple.
These people are such dunces. You have to wrap it in tinfoil first. I swear, this shit is borderline upsetting to watch. Just STOP IT.
These people are on the same road driving cars with you and your loved ones, producing, packaging or delivering your goods, preparing your food at restaurants, and voting. It's amazing society functions at all.
Osso buco is now prepped and goes in the sous vide tomorrow for 2 days. This should make for an epic Friday night meal.
Who WOULDN’T want that guy at their business? People should be stealing this idea, it beats the shit out of those weird shirtless guys in front of A&F.
This one in the comments was worth the scroll. https://twitter.com/brownbaddieSB/status/1544132431724306432?ref_src=twsrc^tfw
I don't know what that pole was made of, but that it double bent around the shape of grandma's head was fucking hilarious. It looked like a metal broom handle. And she grazed grandpa's head, too. So funny.
