It is really diet dependent for me. Fiber intake is a big dietary goal so usually daily at least, sometimes twice. Normally coffee is my morning cleanse but I've been drinking tea in the morning and it doesn't have the same effect. In the past I've definitely done 3 or 4 minis a day. I get worried if I don't have a BM daily at least. Also just started drinking corn psyllium in water daily or twice daily and I don't feel like it has worked it's way through yet. Usually twice - the initial movement is always first thing in the morning, and is sort of like popping the cork. The more substantial poop follows 1-4 hours later. If I had enough vodka the night before to kill my intestinal flora I can be pooping numerous times throughout the day.
