Decades and generations of kids raised with shaved bushes and asian assholes' expelling all sorts of contents. What?
“Understanding”. Yes… very safe, that will do. She also looks like Sam Bankman-Fried’s socketpuppet-looking fuck toy.
There was a sale, @shegirl . A sale. Don't you understand anything? There's another sale running. I might need to store some (more) in the freezer.
I had to go back and get another look at the cheer drawer. Of course I didn't read the post and clicked the wrong spoiler. And damn, we go through some cheese in this house but that's some colon blocker level consumption there.
ChatGPT is a language model. There isn't even a concept of correct and incorrect, let alone truth and untruth. Its only purpose is to create word combinations that look like the structures in its source/training material, so the underlying facts are only vaguely relevant. The only important thing is that it looks like a fact. It's more surprising to me that it ever tells the "truth."
I'm a bit worried that if we rely too heavily on AI, we'll stop the very processes that generate new knowledge that serve as its inputs, and we'll become stuck asking a machine for answers that can only serve answers from before we started using it.
Sounds like something ChatGPT would say. When was the last time you had a Turing Test on yourself? In all seriousness, yeah I know it’s just a complex version of text autocomplete that’s stringing together words that would logically follow each other (more/less). It’s still a little unsettling that this even exists, that MSFT is dumping billions into it and that it works as well as it does.
