    Conecuh sausage po boys are one of my favorite things to let the sausage shine. Grilled conecuh, onions and peppers on a hoagie with spicy brown mustard. Shut the front door. Shut the back door. SHUT ALL THE DOORS

    Edit. And provolone cheese, but that's just extra.
