This Car & Driver article talks about the difficulties removing it as they cut it up into sections to remove it
The first comment in the C&D article mentions the salvage controversy. Here's a more recent article about it: https://www.firstcoastnews.com/arti...-laws/77-366d3366-3918-4d97-9e0f-3bb49d374c14 Fascinating. Who knew something with millions of dollars at stake would have corruption. eyeroll
Garage night music. White Wine Spritzer by Okily Dokily - a band whose members all look like Ned Flanders.
Spoiler That's kind of the point though, yeah? I was introduced to the comic well beforehand, including watching the animated series, so that wasn't unexpected at all. Were you blind going in? The director James Gunn knocked it out of the park. Just a nice balance of fun, morbid, touching, action and well shot overall. I loved the vibrant colors and realization of everyone's mental disorders.
I'm not sure that part is a spoiler, but I'll leave the tags just in case, because my part is definitely filled with spoilers. Spoiler I guess I was blind going in, in the sense I had not read the comics or seen other spoilers. I saw Suicide Squad (this is soooo much better) and Harley Quinn. So, to have some title card actors get killed in the first couple minutes was surprising to me. That was great, though. I especially laughed when Savant got his head blown off. However, I was hoping Polka Dot Man would have made it. Also, knew there is going to be a Peacemaker TV series, so I was curious how that was going to go until the mid-credits scene.
