Is that a whiteout or just lots and lots and lots of open space? I need some topography, or at least a tree or two.
Not sure if there is a way to post Instagram things here but Snoop Dogg posted a video where the dad (I'm assuming) bursts in the door on Xmas morning dressed as the Grinch, grabs presents and/or the Xmas tree and makes off with them. The kids reactions are gold, Jerry. Gold! If you're on IG, check out Snoops page. He posted it last night. Let's see if this works https://www.instagram.com/reel/DDbcP0URY57/
I know tormenting your kids for your amusement is the right of every parent but terrifying toddlers to that extent is just mean.
It’s not cute, it’s not funny. Just like those retards on Halloween who pretend to be prop dummies and jump out of the dark at tiny kids— you are taking delight in petrifying a baby. And during a cherished holiday— you’re a fucking asshole. And to the parents who film the “Fake PS5 gift pranks” for clicks, I hope you die in a grease fire.
I can't watch it. Pulling pranks on little kids just isn't funny unless it is kid level humor. Like as much as I hate elf on the shelf, that can be well executed. Pretending all the kids presents are gone or having them open a huge disappointment is just emotional trauma. I might have some of my own around Christmas and gifts. Just have a normal nice holiday and stop inserting drama.
The ducks are still laying so why not enjoy some poached eggs every day of the week? Hnnng. I used to hate runny yolks as a kid but man, this stuff slaps.
You know, I did too but as I've gotten older, I enjoy it every now and then. We called them "dippy eggs" because you'd dip your toast in the yolk.
The other thing that benefits from a perfectly cooked egg is ramen. A new killer ramen place opened up a few blocks away, and I haven’t had ramen that good outside of Tokyo. They get the eggs perfect.
Yes! Whole grain toast with loads of butter and a poached egg is where I started. I was trying to diversify my egg eating when I first started drowning in eggs a few years back. I read about that online today. I've seen ramen with egg but it's usually more of a harder boil or poach. The post I saw recommended eating a poached egg over noodles so they become a sauce. I honestly don't know if I'd like it with a chicken egg....it's been awhile since I had a "standard" egg. Duck eggs are creamy and rich and just damned good like that.
I just recently learned how to poach eggs in a skillet. And they’re great over English muffins. That rich, runny golden yolk is where all the flavor is.
Has anyone here ever had Gordon Ramsay's Egg Yolk Ravioli? I saw him make it on a show once, but I've never had it and it looks delicious.
Guys, I might be good at this cooking meat thing. I might also be drunk. I'm still trying to determine what percentage correlation the two have. Either way, I'm turning my place into a fucking Brazilian steakhouse for the winter.
The new Yoder makes it pretty hard to fuck it up. Mystery slab of meat (part of a brisket? top sirloin? found unlabeled in the freezer. Damn tasty, regardless. Made a killer beef barley soup out of the remains, and it was next level with that smoke element.
