Yup. Llamas or donkeys are best. A donkey can whoop the ass of several attacking coyote like a prime Van Damme. Llamas can stomp your head into sandwich spread. Looks are deceiving.
Although I know they are called that. Guard geese are a definitely a trend. But they won't do shit against anything bigger than a snake or rodent.
That's actually a really good point. And a distinction to point out when people are looking at different pets too. Like ma'am you got a watch dog, of course all it does is run around and yap.
Just about the best watch animal I've ever seen is a guinea hen. Nothing gets past one without it raising a ruckus.
I barely started on Reddit about the time that the Chinese virus hit, so I'm catching up. But Jungle Julia (who introduced me to Reddit) thinks that it has stolen a lot of members from this board. What do y'all think?
On the mod board we were discussing how we found a bunch of old board members on Reddit, so probably. People also just move on with their lives, too.
I dont know about stole but it doesnt surprise me people moved on to participate in discussion boards with a lot more traffic.
probably. Reddit has a little bit of something for everyone, like the Walmart of Internet forums. This place takes a special kinda stupid.
Anyone else a little relieved the USA squeaked out the gold medal count? Still have the American exceptionalism vein running through me. I dont see how we dont gold medal in USA created events. Skateboarding and freestyle BMX? Come'on man! I guess Australia makes some sense, first world no problems stoner teens galore, but we should really be taking this. I think the mixed relays was a fun idea. One team switched a man and a women on one of the legs, the man blew the women out in his leg and then the woman was then passed by the whole field of men on her leg. They should alternate all competitors like this down the line, like softball. Give for some dramatic finishes.
I liked the olympics this year. First time I was really able to get into the more obscure sports, since I’m still hobbled. Rowing was fun to watch, as were the diving sports. still think dodgeball should be an Olympic sport
What’s my obligation to interact warmly with other people’s children? Im at a BBQ and is it really not enough that I have my own? I need to have a fun little conversation with someone else’s too? Congrats on the cream pie trophy, but I don’t really care and I have nothing to say to them. I just want to hold my son and enjoy my beer in peace. I don’t give a shit that your kid grew a little, says new words or does the awkward/off-putting things all kids do. I really hope the interactions I have with other adults at parties going forward are not just conversations about their children.
I don't know what it's called but the two dudes rowing in a kneeling position was awesome. I say zero. People know when I come to their kids birthday parties, I'm there to drop a gift off to the kid and then socialize with the adults about non-kid stuff.
