If that's accurate, yes I would eat that in the same way I have eaten a few of my pet ducks (low and slow bbq is your friend). Always down to try something at least once. I've been anxiously awaiting the Indonesian fried crickets and roaches and the like to make it to this side of the pond. One time I got curious and impatient and put a few grasshoppers on a skewer over the grill with a little garlic salt. It tasted quite good. Can't really judge another culture's culinary tastes until you've tasted it. Sometimes, it tastes good.
