I've noticed that a lot of the youtubers I follow have leaned into 30-50 second TikTok videos. This pisses me off and makes me want to unnecessarily burn gasoline in my backyard firepit to help make sure that the zoomers inherit a global warming hellscape.
Tiktok is the worst thing the internet ever created. Generation Me in an absolute nutshell. Getting famous off YouTube is one thing, but the fact people become rich and famous off that…. Yes, your generation is worse than past generations. I’m sorry, but it’s just plain science.
Well someone in our little 12k population town just won 5.8mill in the national lottery. It is going to be the talk of the town for a while.

My wife worked with someone who won the McDonalds Monopoly game and got the million dolly prize. Nearly a full year before hand, she had been in a fender bender and there was no damage so they both agreed not to claim it or do anything. She was suddenly sued for lingering health issues. The judge threw out the case because it was obviously a cash grab.
There is probably a surprising number of people with lots of money, fishing back in the day made a lot of people rich.
Hopefully they use the money to save the orphanage before the developers buy it and turn it into a shopping center.

I once left a gallon of milk in the back seat overnight...in west Texas...in the middle of the summer. I've also had a bottle of worcestershire sauce roll out of a bag and shatter when it hit a seat mount. That was a fun smell & stain to get out.
Due to a rescheduled flight, we arrived in south Florida 12 hours before the concert starts. Bloody Mary’s and eggs, followed by lying on the beach for a couple of hours, now lunch and beers. Our flight left at 5 am. I’m going to be asleep by showtime.
