Ha. Personally, I pay for the Epicurious iPad app... it has great recipes and a perfect format. If I was paying for it, and I wasn't happy? Different story. Getting it for free, and bitching about it? STFU you ingrate.
I realize that my attitude is probably somewhat forged by this place. I've paid for it for years... set it up technically for years (with huge help from Binary after the initial setup), and yet there were people whining and bitching and complaining about it. That brought out a huge FUCK YOU reaction. Rightfully so, if you ask me. Don't like it? Go do your own fucking thing. Same thing with a car club I belonged to... a few of us liked to put on events, and slaved away, unpaid, to make shit happen. Lots of people offered to help and were hugely supportive and appreciative, but you still got the fucktards who complained something wasn't to their liking. My pat response was, "oh, so you're going to handle that next year then?" "Fuck no!" Yeah, thought not. Now fuck off and die.
In other news, we now have coyotes and foxes running around in my back yard. No wonder the cats are looking a wee bit spooked at night.

Drunken chatting with @malisbad and we got onto the topic of Astartes. Even if you're not a Warhammer fan, this Fan Art project is fucking amazing. I highly recommend you watch it. In theory, he's hired by Warhammer and is working on followups to his initial fan art pieces, but I haven't been able to find anything to confirm what he's working on. I really hope he is, because his work is out of this world good.
