I think that "cynic" was the hardest one so far. I felt pretty good about myself for getting that one in six.

I got that one but I can’t remember how long it took. “Dodge” was the first one where I realized to start expecting repeat letters more. I didn’t get that one…but I do play first thing in the morning, which probably isn’t really good for thinking it out.

Today was my second 2-guess wordle, but it took me 4 guesses to get worldle. Other open tabs on my browser include quordle, octordle, and globle. Have we jumped the shark yet?

Have you tried Lewdle yet? I think if there's a variation this board could get into, it would be that one.

It’s surprisingly hard! What exactly constitutes a “lewd” word? It won’t accept any words that it doesn’t consider dirty for guesses either.

It looks like it's just picking words from Urban Dictionary, most of which aren't actually slang that anyone uses.

Our band had a pretty successful weekend in NYC, and it was fun, but man was I tired. Staying out til one or two is all well and good, but when your body is programmed to wake up at 4 or 5...

Is it bad that I correctly guessed "twink" in two guesses?

I thought spring was a sneeze away and here we are with snow blowing. The tulips are going to be so confused.

I got wordle on the second guess today. It's almost disappointing when it's no challenge.

I would’ve had today’s wordle on the second guess. But…I second guessed myself.

    Irony.

    (That’s not the word btw)

It was way harder for me than it should have been. Didn’t get it until the last guess.

Our trees are leafing out. We've also got snow flurries in today's forecast.

We had a foot of snow on the ground day before yesterday, then it got to 10°C (10 degrees above freezing), then rained, then got windy as fuck, and now it's back down to -10°C, with next to no snow left.

It's an icy windy mess out there, and we're due to get dumped on with some snow over the next few days.

    Weee.

I think the meteorologists and equipment were on top of their shit on the gulf coast because of it being prime hurricane territory so I have come to expect some accuracy and reliability. But, out here, the predictions suck. Predictions change multiple times daily if I check back repeatedly. I woke up to it being 10F and the weather app still says our low was 19.

I live in Michigan and I feel like they should just tell us which seasons we can expect each day and that would be comparably accurate and maybe more helpful.

Oh, and the fun part is my friend's kid is going for her driver's license road test today. I wouldn't be surprised if they shut down the highways due to icy conditions.

I hate it when you have 4 letters but there are a bunch of word possibilities. I think it was last week when after 3 guesses I had

    SHA_E

So shape, shave, shame, shale, shade, shake. At that point you just gotta get lucky. I didn’t because I just had to try shale.

Or you play VAMPS and LIKED and it'll tell you which of the six letters fits and then you solve it on the third guess.
