Apparently I'm way better at Call of Duty after about six beers. I'm not going to try to explain the difference.

All this talk about Four Loko is making me want to walk all the way down to the gas station on the corner to try it.

...do people normally just let the alligators walk around when they are sans house cat?

Holy shit. I just posted this in the Rant/Rave thread but these two punks just tried to rob me. My overweight, cigar smoking ass chased them down and got my shit back. I really wanted to fuck this kid up badly but I thought mercy would be the best option. I mean what the fuck would I do if a cop showed up and saw me beating this kids ass and he decided to press charges. Fuck that. I had ice melting in the car and Jack Daniels and a great cigar waiting. Hopefully he learned something. And I have a relatively decent story.

Oatmeal stouts in Charleston tonight were awesome. I am staring at one of these Four Loko's in the fridge because I have read about them everywhere and had to buy one before they are no more. I wonder if I will be able to function tomorrow if I finish it.

Anyone know what the aftermath of these is like?

I am willing to bet that it tastes like bad decisions.

This is for all of you thinking that Four Loko is a good idea.

    FUCK THAT.

I had one, about 6 hours ago, and I still can't close my eyes without puking.

HAH! That must have been terrifying for them, they likely didn't expect that. I'd be scared if your black ass was coming after me. haha

Oh, can I post here if I am dead sober? Hitting weights like a demon does not coincide with drinking as much. Plus, there is my "history" of ALWAYS being twisted off something.

If 'Grown Ups' posted here, then yes, I would break it down line by line. And by the way, turn the thong around, apparently you have it on backwards.

I like Kevin James, generally, but all of them were way underutilized in this movie.

    Re: Weekend Dru- BANG! 11/19/10

A few years ago I was riding my bike home at 2AM after an early December snowfall. Yeah, I was one of those idiots. Anyways, while trying to make a left turn through a small intersection, I hit a slippery patch and fell. The bike slid out a good ten feet away from me it was so slippery. But I stood up and I was amazed: there was some light buzzing from what I think was an electrical transformer, but otherwise, silence. And this is in the middle of a big city. I generally like living in a city and I generally like snow, but god damn, winter in the city can be a clusterfuck and I envy the hell out of you guys who can snowmobile around at will.

Interestingly I'm moving out to a snowbelt region in Jan and Feb. This could turn out interesting.

In other news, I'm nursing a slight hangover from last night. Drank most of a bottle of wine for pre-gaming, then some beers, scotch and screwdrivers at the event itself. My girlfriend even drank some of the scotch. I'm so proud of her.

Went to a few bars with a FWB last night. We crash at her place, and when I wake up there is a dark, wet spot on the floor.

Yep, she woke up in the middle of the night and sleep pissed on her bedroom floor. Or maybe just on purpose.

I plan on mocking her all day for this.

Staff Christmas party tonight. It will actually be enjoyable as we're all a bunch of well-dressed, 18-26 year old quasi-alcoholics. First fancy dinner and drinks followed by a lot more drinks. Awwww yeah.

Last night my cousin and I went out to the bar. He went to sleep at 2 am. He had an 8-hour plane ride to catch, leaving at 8 am. This plane ride goes over the pacific (we're all going to hawaii for thanksgiving) and is notoriously bumpy. I can't imagine he, or the people sitting next to him, are very happy right now.

I get to join them tomorrow. Life's so hard.

Hooked up the high def TV my GF was storing (it's small, but way better than the other one in her apartment) and am getting ready to watch UFC 123. Unfortunately the GF isn't feeling well and will probably be in bed before she can see if Matt Hughes gets his ass kicked (she hates him).

Got a good amount of studying done today so I'm ready to pound some booze and watch some sweaty men beat the shit out of each other.

It hasn't been mentioned before I don't think, but the manufacturer of 4Loko has agreed to take the caffeine out of it. <a class="postlink" href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/11/16/AR2010111606149.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/co ... 06149.html</a> I guess that settles the question of it being banned or not.

Those stockpiled cans of caffeinated 4Loko could probably fetch a hell of a sum on eBay in a couple of years. Or you could just walk down to your local pharmacy, grind up some caffeine pills, and mix them into the non-caffeinated 4Loko. Or you could mix them up into just about any alcoholic beverage.

Didn't Molson make a caffeinated beer a few years ago? Molson Kick? Probably got pulled from the market for the same reasons.

Working the booth went well today. Being the boss of sales guys over twice my age is fun. We discovered there was beer for sale at the convention and started at 3:00. Made it a lot easier to demo and sell some products.

A roommate decided last week that it would be okay for her boyfriend's friend to have his 23rd birthday party here tonight without discussing or mentioning it to us other roommates. I learned about it on Thursday. I'd normally be pissed 'cause it means I have to pack up all of the expensive and/or dangerous things in my basement shop because people are down there often, but it's an 80s themed party and this means I can wear an old AC/DC shirt and the Bass Pro aviator-style tortoiseshell frame glasses my dad used when he went fishing years ago. Good times.

Hey y'all... throw out some good thoughts for Blue Dog.

He was sober (so he says), took a tumble from a friend's balcony when the railing broke off (finishing nails? srsly?), and is now in ICU with a bunch of broken ribs, fractured skull, concussion, collapsed lung, and more busted up stuff. Oddly enough, he now talks and writes normally.

Who knew that getting rid of a free boat was such a karmic kick in the nuts?

Get well soon BD... we'll all try and get drunk to make it up to you.

Wait. I wonder if there's a connection between the accident and the new hunt camp?

About ready to try choking down that fucking book again. Kids are in bed and Sailor Jerry and I are going to do some homework. As my professor is an 80's mullet rocking, MC Hammer pants wearing militant lesbian, I don't think it will matter what I write, anyway.
