    Sandy is the most annoying bitch in the Tri-State area. Bloomberg overrode the college games on the NYC affiliates, and everyone is Chicken Little-ing their way into walls, doors and exorbitant purchases at Home Depot/Lowes/supermarkets. It's rain and wind, people.
