No way I could narrow it down to five. But since the CD pouch on my car's sunvisor holds 12 CDs, I don't have to. Here's what's in it right now: Blood+ - OST 1 Epica - The Divine Conspiracy Helloween - Live in Sao Paulo Nightwish - Wishmaster Nightwish - Century Child Kamelot - Karma Kamelot - Epica Kamelot - The Black Halo Kamelot - Ghost Opera Yngwie Malmsteen - Perpetual Flame After Forever - After Forever Queensryche - Operation Mindcrime
Used to have one of those huge 200 CD holders in my car. Unfortunately I left it in my car one night, and someone broke in and stole it. Probably the most pissed I've ever been. Now I usually just keep the last couple of CDs I just bought or burned in there. Right now it's... Rhymefest - El Che Reflection Eternal - RPM Black Keys - Brothers
Eminem - The Eminem Show No Doubt - Tragic Kingdom Best of the Blues (Disc 3) Disney - The Lion King Alice Cooper - Trash Music for all the time.
I don't normally listen to albums on compact disc, but I found an unopened copy of Kind of Blue in my room and played it while I was on an ungodly combination of acid, ecstasy, and ketamine. And damn, jazz is great when you're high.
Toadies- Rubberneck Pearl Jam - Rear View Mirror Black Keys- Brothers Tenacious D- POD Tool- Undertow This is the most played albums off my IPod.
No order... The Pogues - The Very Best of The Stray Cats - Rumble in Brixton (Live) Leftover Crack - Mediocre Generica The Hardtails - S/T & Ready for a Fight (now defunct local band) The Cramps - Songs the Lord Taught Us

Jon Lajoie - You want some of this Lamb of God - Ashes of the Wake All That Remains - The Fall of Ideals The Lonely Island - Incredibad Lamb of God - Sacrament
I keep my iPod in my car but here are the albums I usually won't skip if it's on shuffle: Protest the Hero- Kezia Deadmau5- For Lack of A Better Name Between the Buried and Me- Colors The Fall of Troy- Doppelganger MGMT- Oracular Spectacular
I have my iPhone or Pod with an FM transmitter, but if I had to make a road trip with only five CDs to listen to... 1) Black Sabbath, Heaven and Hell 2) Iron Maiden, Live After Death 3) Judas Priest, Unleashed in the East 4) Metal Church, Blessing in Disguise 5) Threshold, Hypothetical
1. MGMT Oracular Spectacular 2. Gorillaz Demon Days 3. Bob Schneider Lovely Creatures 4. William Orbit My Oracle Lives Uptown 5. Mix CD with lots of Lemonheads, Gomez, Death Cab, Andrew Rodriguez, the Swallows, the Magic Numbers
1) Paulson - All at Once A little known band that broke up two years or so ago. They are my number one album on my itunes and I wish they had stayed together. They brought a breath of fresh air to the synthrock genre. 2) Say Anything - ....Is a Real Boy Already been mentioned by one you guys, this is another album that I can pop in and listen to any of the songs while I am driving. 3) The Arctic Monkeys - Whatever People Say I am, That's what I'm not. Great up beat catchy songs from a killer british band. 4) Rap Mixed CD - Various Artists Can't be driving without my rap CD. This includes Kid Cudi, Wiz Khalifa, Charles Hamilton, Biggie, California Love by Tupac (love that song), and a couple of other artists I can't remember right now. 5) Motion City Soundtrack - I am the Movie Been in there since I started driving / listening to music, why take it out now?
Pink Floyd- Is there Anybody Out There? Great live album of their Wall concerts. Alice in Chains- The Essentials. Im a sucker for compilations. Stone Temple Pilots- Core. I was kind of sad that their new album wasn't a throw back to their harder edged stuff like they had said it be in interviews. The Beach Boys- The very best of.... During the warm weather months I crank a lot of feel good music. Primus- They All Can't Be Zingers. Another compilation. Mostly used with harder stuff when Im working out. Snoop Doggy Dogg- DoggyStyle. The eternal classic. It deserves its very own 6th spot. As for my actual CD visor holder that I haven't used in years: Eminem: The Eminem Show RHCP: By the Way Dr. Dre: Chronic 2001 Snoop Dog: Paid da cost to be da boss Royce Da 5'9: Rock City
Still one of the few that listens to CD's, I bought an Ipod a few years back, and some rat bastard stole it. Will probably end up just going with an MP3 player. Wu-Tang Clan-Wu Tang Forever Grateful Dead-American Beauty Sublime-s/t Kenny Chesney-The Road and the Radio Atmosphere-The Lucy Ford EP's
1. Elvis Costello "My Aim is True" 2. Warren Zevon "The Wind" 3. Green Day "American Idiot" 4. NSYNC "No Strings Attached" 5. Katy Perry "One of the Boys" I haven't bought CDs in quite awhile.
Paul Simon - Graceland Tom Waits - Mule Variations Mark Knopfler - The Ragpicker's Dream Nick Drake - Pink Moon Dave Matthews Band - The Lillywhite Sessions
I plug my iPod to the car. Gorillaz - Plastic Beach Dazed and Confused Soundtrack Paul Simon - Greatest Hits The Killers - Live at Royal Albert Hall Blink 182 - Best of This is a pretty eclectic mix because I usually shuffle around but when I land on one of these albums I stay on. Plastic Beach is a layered concept album that requires a couple of listens to really get into. The D&C soundtrack is basically the best classic pop-rock compilation known to man, also one of the best movies of all time. Paul Simon's Greatest Hits - Best pop compilation I can think of. The Killers also have some just FUN pop songs. Best of Blink 182 is usually played continously, it's just enjoyable in everyway. This list is in no way my top5 albums ever though. Let it Bleed, Exile on Main Street - Rolling Stones The Wall - Pink Floyd Rubber Soul (probably, otherwise Sgt. Pepper's) - The Beatles Death By Sexy - Eagles of Death Metal Queens of the Stone Age should be there somewhere though.
My car has a 6-disc changer. When I get to travel by myself this is typically what goes in it: Dire Straits - Love Over Gold Guns 'n Roses - Lies AC/DC - Back in Black Nine Inch Nails - Pretty Hate Machine Talking Heads - Greatest Hits My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult - Confessions of a Knife
Avett Brothers- Emotionalism Tech n9ne- Sickology 101 Bayside-Self titled David Dondero- The Transient Modest Mouse- This is a Long Drive for Someone with Nothing to Think About. Avett Brothers I love, and have seen a few times in concert, to not have them in there would betray my musical tastes. If you're at all into chill music or any bluegrass, David Dondero is the shit. Great driving music, just a fun dude to listen to.
Pixies: Death To the Pixies I & II Sonic Youth: Daydream Nation De La Soul: De La Soul Is Dead The Cramps: Bad Music For Bad People
