So recently I found out that you can change the speed of Youtube videos. Lately I've been listening to a lot of stuff at 3/4 speed, especially Alice in Chains, and Jerry Cantrell's solo work. I really like Alice in Chains newest single, but I thought it was too fast. Try this at 3/4 speed (If you don't know how, go to settings, then speed; can't believe I barely found out about this), and tell me how much better it sounds:
Pulling a late, if not all-nighter sorting out some complicated authentication issues... VH Live: Right Here, Right Now is cranked, as is the caffeine. Probably my favourite VH concert tour... gotta love what Sammy brought to the table.
When Luke Combs first hit the country music scene it was really impressive. Dude is an awesome songwriter and he sounds like a diesel truck. His newest single, released yesterday, has such great wordplay that you'd have sworn someone would have written it before he did.
Here's some country music that doesn't sound like it was written by a Country Music Lyric Generator app:
Gotta give Hardy some love: He's a great lyricist, and wrote a great song that Blake Shelton cut and immediately ruined called "God's Country." The current trend with this pop country is awful. Snap tracks are the worst thing to happen to country music since skinny jeans and dan and shay can eat a bag of dicks.
So Sturgill Simpson has released a new song from his album Sound & Fury, which is due to come out on 9/27. He's definitely taking his music in some different directions, can't wait to hear the rest of the album.
