    Two of my favorite people of all time, Ben Folds and Nick Hornby (High Fidelity, About a Boy, Fever Pitch), have made an album.



    Like most Ben Folds' albums, it takes me two or three listens to get into it, and then I fucking love it.

    In my opinion, Ben Folds is one of the purest examples of "Artist" in the last two decades.

    Kiss "Alive" cause I am old and it makes me feel young. Fuck all you haters, this album is the best example I know of a young hungry band trying to make it. You can feel the desire in every power chord and Paul Stanley scream. They may all be multi millionares now, but not when this was recorded.
