I've come to the conclusion that I eat like shit. I wouldn't eat the meal the Nett posted for $20. I'd pick out the strawberries, Kiwi, watermelon and toss the rest. (I do like salmon and cream cheese but the onions on top ruined that) But I love me some fast food. McD's - Double cheeseburger mini meal with no onions and a spicy McChicken Taco Bell- That Beefy Crunch burrito with no sour cream (the one with the spicy Frito's in it) and two Mexi-melts with no Fiesta sauce (pico de gallo) Wendy's- Spicy chicken sandwich with no tomato Carls Jr- Western Bacon cheeseburger with no onion rings and criss-cut fries. In-N-Out- Double Double w/ chesse spread only. I could continue but I think you get the gist. Amazingly I'm not the least bit fat.
Focus: Oven roasted Chicken breast on flatbread, with lettuce, cucumber, green peppers, and Sweet Onion dressing. Boring, but good for hangovers. Alt-Focus: McDonalds - Chicken McNugget Happy meal, anything larger makes me sick within minutes. Harvey's - Great Canadian Burger, with ketchup (I miss the hot suace) and fries Wendy's - Spicy Chicken Caesar salad. Which I could go for right now.
Wait wait wait. So what you're saying is that a sub has 10,000 calories instead of the 5,000 I first thought? I am shocked!
